1. The vehicle model and fence structure design process are combined with the types of goods of users. With rational design, the weight of the carriage is fully reduced under the condition of meeting the load bearing requirements. The structure is simple and applicable, and it is easy to disassemble, thus reducing the investment cost for users and creating more profit value.
2. Frame: It adopts a space frame structure formed by welding the longitudinal beam and the overall through type cross beam. It can balance the strength, stiffness and toughness of the frame, has a strong load bearing capacity and will not have permanent deformation.
3. The frames of a series of stake sided semi – trailers are all through beam structures. The longitudinal beams are either straight or gooseneck shaped. The height of the web plate ranges from 400 to 500. The longitudinal beams are welded by automatic submerged – arc welding. The frame is shot blasted, and the cross – beams are inserted into the longitudinal beams and welded as a whole.
4. Suspension system: A new type of suspension system is adopted, which has high strength and strong impact resistance. The axle loads of each axle are balanced, and the angles of the system tie rods are rationally designed. During the frequent bumpy operation process, the friction sliding distance between the tires and the ground is reduced, effectively reducing tire wear. At the same time, the adjustable tie rods can adjust the wheelbase and effectively avoid the phenomenon of uneven tire wear and wheel gnawing.
