Structural Details
The rear dump semi-trailer train is mainly composed of tractor and semi-trailer, and the main car (tractor) is connected together by the saddle and semi-trailer to form a semi-trailer train. The hydraulic lifting system is mainly composed of force extractor (gearbox), hydraulic pump, lifting valve, air control valve, limit valve, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil tank, high (low) pressure tubing, etc.
The hydraulic lifting principle of the back dump semi is: The hydraulic pump is driven by the force taking device of the main vehicle transmission. The hydraulic pump inhales the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank through the low pressure inlet tubing and produces high pressure oil for output. The high pressure oil output by the gear pump enters the lift valve through the high pressure tubing. Under the control of the air control valve, the high pressure oil is transported to the cylinder or discharged to the hydraulic tank to realize the lifting, stopping and lowering functions of the hydraulic cylinder.
Structural Composition
1.The front part:
The front refers to the front of the dump semi-trailer, which is responsible for pulling and controlling the whole vehicle. 3.Unloading system part:

It comprises a unloading base plate, unloading oil cylinder and unloading control system. The unloading plate is usually driven by a hydraulic system, and the cargo is dumped into the designated position through a lifting motion. The unloading cylinder is responsible for providing a stable lifting force, while the unloading control system controls the unloading process by operating buttons or remote controls.
4.Suspension system part:
The suspension system is an important part of the dump semi-trailer, which is used to support and alleviate road vibration. It usually consists of components such as springs, shock absorbers and suspension arms. The spring can absorb and mitigate the road vibration, and the shock absorber can effectively reduce the sense of turbulence in the vehicle. The suspension arm connects the axle and frame to support and balance the weight of the vehicle.
5.Brake system part:
The braking system is the safety guarantee system of the dump semi-trailer, which is used for slowing down and stopping. It is usually composed of brake pedal, brake disc, brake belt and brake fluid.After the driver presses the brake pedal, the brake system transmits the force to the brake disc or the brake belt through the brake fluid, thus achieving the function of slowing down and stopping.
