Structural Details

The rear dump semi-trailer train is mainly composed of tractor and semi-trailer, and the main car (tractor) is connected together by the saddle and semi-trailer to form a semi-trailer train. The hydraulic lifting system is mainly composed of force extractor (gearbox), hydraulic pump, lifting valve, air control valve, limit valve, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil tank, high (low) pressure tubing, etc.

  The hydraulic lifting principle of the back dump semi is: The hydraulic pump is driven by the force taking device of the main vehicle transmission. The hydraulic pump inhales the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank through the low pressure inlet tubing and produces high pressure oil for output. The high pressure oil output by the gear pump enters the lift valve through the high pressure tubing. Under the control of the air control valve, the high pressure oil is transported to the cylinder or discharged to the hydraulic tank to realize the lifting, stopping and lowering functions of the hydraulic cylinder.

Structural Composition

1.The front part:

The front refers to the front of the dump semi-trailer, which is responsible for pulling and controlling the whole vehicle. The locomotive usually consists of the cab, engine, steering system and suspension system.The cab provides the driver with space to work and rest, the engine provides power, the steering system controls the steering wheel and steering mechanism, and the suspension system is used to mitigate road vibrations.

4.Suspension system part:

It usually consists of components such as springs, shock absorbers and suspension arms. 5.Brake system part:
